WLP 5 4 20 I had the exact problem BallisticianX listed in the opening post. Since I had purchased a number of WLP non-nickel plated primers I wanted a solution. A number of posters did have recommendations but before I tried any of them I called Hornady and explained the situation in case they had updated information on the problem. The technical support guy said the primer shuttle was a cast part and subject to minor flaws that might explain my problem. He recommended I take a small piece of 600 grit wet/dry sandpaper, roll it into a small tube, the size that would fit into the primer hole and buff the walls of the primer hole. That sounded like it might work so I pulled the primer shuttle out of the press and buffed the walls of the primer hole as suggested. When I reinstalled it, the very same Winchester WLP primers that had been causing my primer shuttle to stick back at the far position fed just fine. No problems at all and they fed just a reliably as the Federal primers did. There are a number of good suggestions in this post and I just wanted to add this one since it worked so well.
