Metatrader registration problem

Dear All,

this is not a easy question to me, but I think some expert i here can solve it.

I had installed the MT4 in my PC.
Then, I uninstalled and deleted the folder for the MT4 in the c drive.
Under this circumstance, I think my PC is clean.

I download the Mt4setup again and run it in the same PC, the whole process is smooth. At the end, there is the registration window pop up to ask for the user information. This is the second time I install the MT4 and the first one was uninstalled as above mentioned. But, the personnal information that I typed in the first time is now can be shown in the second installation. why ?
I already uninstalled the first time MT4, but the use information is still in somewhere of my PC.

Where is this file saved in the PC ? How can we cancel them ?

MT4的用户信息放在WINDOS的注册表里面的，所以你删除C盘的MT4文档后，你的用户信息还在注册表里面，所以当你安装其他BROKE的MT4程序后，第一次安装时注册的信息还会再次自动显示出来。

你试一下按照如下方式删除MT4程序,应该可以同时删除注册表里面的信息。

开始-->设置---->控制面板----->删除程序---->MT4

哦，我想原因可能是因为uninstall没有自动把所有文件都删除干净。以前我用过的NORTON杀毒软件，也经常遇到类似问题，而且后果更严重，会导致安装失败。在MT4上没有注意到有无这个问题。

uninstall MT4后，你需要在C盘上搜索一下所有MT4的文件夹，除了你删去MT4主要安装文件夹外，一般在C:/WINDOWS 或者C盘“COMMON FILES"(可能是这个名吧）或C盘你的用户名文件夹下还有MT4的文件夹，有时不一定文件夹就叫“MT4”，可能是以该软件公司的名字命名的。比如norton软件，还有以“SYMANTEC”命名的其他文件夹在C盘的位置，需要手工删除。
