Hi, I have tested to use TS 8.2 (Build 3863) + OwnData 2.5 + IB to show the real time chart, it can show the real time bars, but with the wrong time for today's realtime bars!! OwnData Settings: Use Customer Sessions Template (24 hrs / 5 days) [It doesn't seem showing the bars when using Exchange sessions] TS Settings: TimeZone = Exchange Sessions = 24 Hours Besides, TS can't show the "Market Depth" and "Matrix" pages, TS is shown to be in "Offline" Mode". It doesn't show any figures at all, see below:- When I open charts with data (in Metastock format) stored in my harddisk, TS prompts to ask for input for "Exchange", but I can't select any exhange nor key in any word. I can't proceed to plot the chart. Can any expert help me to fix it? Sa
Dear Spaceant, Could you share how to work about your TS ? My TS 8.2 (3863) it's say don't need owndata (due to it already build in) when i switch owndata 2.4 with TS. I already install TS 8.2 but how should i do next step can get your TS chart and realtime data ? Many thanks and appreicated!
