Help! - TS2000i + Metaserver + IB Data

Hi,

I can used TS2000i to plot daily Metastock (MS) format data in my harddisk.

With Metaserver installed and IB TWS / API, I can feed to data to TS2000i and see the data being updated in the Radar Screen and the tick record under the symbol.

However, I tried to open a chart with this realtime data, but failed. Please see the excel file with captioned images; or selected images shown below.

Can anyone help me to fix it?

Also, where will these data be stored?? Can I set it?

pay attention to the settings of symbols

 

You can try this way.
1. Change time from "Local Time" To "Exchange Time" in "Symbol Settings".
2. If nothing changed, make sure the exchange time settings in GlobalServer are correct.

Surely, your symbol has data, the problem is how to make it shown.

I noticed, the "Days Back" in "Format Symbol" is 1, change it to, for example, 10, and see if anything will change.
