请问，安装OpenQuant出现如下的错误，是什么原因？ Error: Setup has detected that the file 'C:\Users\junxian\AppData\Local\Temp\VSD61A0.tmp\vcredist_x86\vcredist_x86.exe' has changed since it was initially published. OpenQuant无法装上，我的机器已经装了VS 2008和VS 2010了。
